Shipping Policy

At Xombie Coffee, we’re committed to delivering the freshest coffee possible. To achieve this, all of our coffee is roasted, packaged, and shipped per order.

Shipping Timelines:

• Roasting Time: Each order requires a minimum of 3 business days for roasting. During peak holiday seasons, this period may extend to 3-5 business days to meet increased demand.

• Delivery Time: Once roasted, shipping within the U.S. typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the destination. Deliveries to Southern California usually arrive in approximately 2 days, while deliveries to smaller cities on the East Coast may take up to 5 days or more.

• Under typical conditions (without holiday or USPS delays), the total timeline is around 5-8 business days for most U.S. destinations.

Please note that merchandise is shipped separately from coffee, as it comes from a different warehouse. To expedite delivery, multiple items of merchandise may also arrive in separate packages. For every package, you’ll receive a unique tracking number to easily track your order.

Lastly, please be aware that USPS delays may impact delivery times for some customers. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.
