Coffee and Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order—whether it was damaged during delivery, contains an error, or simply doesn’t meet your expectations—please reach out to us at info@xombiecoffee.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make things right!
Merchandise and Non-Perishable Items
For non-perishable items like merchandise, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@xombiecoffee.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like coffee), custom or personalized items, and personal care goods. Additionally, we do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about a specific item, reach out to us for clarification.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product, and once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
