The Xombie Survival Kit Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Xombie Coffee Company, 1700 Northside Drive Northwest, Suite A7 #1174, Atlanta, Georgia 30318 (“Sponsor”). Questions may be sent to info@xombiecoffee.com.
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Promotion begins July 24, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
During the Promotion Period, visit xombiecoffee.com/pages/xombie-survival-kit-giveaway, complete all required fields, confirm the required email-marketing consent, and submit the entry form. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Automated, bulk, incomplete, false, or fraudulent entries are void. No purchase or payment is required. Unsubscribing from marketing after a valid entry is received will not invalidate that entry.
One winner will receive one Xombie Survival Kit consisting of: (a) two currently available Xombie Coffee shirts of the winner’s choice, subject to available designs, sizes, and inventory; (b) one Raise the Dead Duo containing one 12-ounce bag of Black Magic coffee and one 12-ounce bag of Super Charged coffee; and (c) one 11-ounce Wake the Dead ceramic mug. Approximate retail value is up to $126. Actual value may vary. The prize is nontransferable and no cash substitution is permitted, except Sponsor may substitute an item or prize of equal or greater value if an advertised item becomes unavailable.
On or about September 3, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted at the email address used to enter and must respond within 72 hours. Sponsor may require confirmation of eligibility, a shipping address, shirt selections and sizes, and any lawful eligibility, liability, or publicity documentation. If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to respond on time, refuses the prize, or does not complete the required claim steps, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random.
Prize delivery is limited to an eligible address within the 50 United States or Washington, D.C. Sponsor will pay standard delivery costs. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, statements, and submitted prize-related content for Promotion administration and publicity without additional compensation.
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain entries through fraud or automation, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. If fraud, technical failure, force majeure, or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or operation of the Promotion, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it and, if feasible, award the prize from eligible entries received before the affected event.
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, misuse, loss, or damage of the prize, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or technically failed entries; network or platform outages; or errors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes arising from this Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and handled individually in the state or federal courts located in or serving Fulton County, Georgia. Entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages to the extent permitted by law.
Entry information will be used to administer the Promotion and, with the required consent, to send Xombie Coffee marketing emails. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Personal information is handled according to the Xombie Coffee Privacy Policy.
To request the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state after September 15, 2026, email info@xombiecoffee.com with “Xombie Survival Kit Winner” in the subject line. Requests must be received by October 31, 2026.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social platform. Entrants release those platforms from claims arising from the Promotion.
